Fair Billing
We quote clients flat rate billing for all estate planning matters, so you know exactly what will be due at the conclusion of our work with you. For probate estates, we charge an hourly rate, that is approved by all the local probate courts in which we practice. We do not take a percentage of the estate, as some other lawyers do.
